"Excellent"
Excellent! I ordered a pair of boots and the process was seamless from start to finish! I ordered on 29th December and was informed due to Brexit my order could not be despatched until 5th Jan. They arrived today which I thought was remarkable as was expecting a further delay. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

"Good company to deal with over…"
Good company to deal with over exchanges. If you order multiple sizes or want to change sizes they communicate well and easily exchange/ refund. The customer service people are very helpful.

"I love it"
I love the North Face. A lot of my jackets are the north face and i get a lot of compliments when I wear my coats and jackets. It can be quite expensive but it really has good quality compared to other brands.
